We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team and lead the marketing analytics function for a dynamic consumer business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence data-driven decision-making and drive revenue outcomes through advanced marketing analytics. Responsibilities Own the marketing analytics, reporting, and insights for various marketing initiatives. Manage and maintain the marketing metrics scorecard for cross-functional and executive meetings. Define and monitor marketing KPIs to assess the impact of marketing on sales. Conduct ad hoc analyses to provide insights into marketing performance across channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing data and reporting needs are met. Partner with data science teams to automate reporting and enhance data accuracy. Lead discussions to align on marketing data and analytics roadmap items. Skills 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools. Expertise in marketing performance metrics, attribution, and funnel analysis. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Preferred Skills Experience working with media agencies and crafting dashboards for marketing insights. Basic SQL or database querying skills. Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and data sources. Exposure to statistical modeling, experimentation, or A/B testing methodologies.
