HubSpot Implementation Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist / Email Marketing Specialist to support a large-scale marketing platform migration from Pardot to HubSpot for an enterprise insurance client. This individual will play a critical role in standing up the HubSpot environment, partnering closely with a data architect to ensure accurate data migration and integration into a Snowflake data warehouse. The role will focus on rebuilding email marketing infrastructure, including templates, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies, while ensuring seamless functionality across systems. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical implementation expertise and strong experience in email marketing operations. • Proven experience leading or supporting Pardot to HubSpot migration/implementation (ideally completed 2+ migrations)
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot setup and configuration, including workflows and campaign builds
• Experience supporting data integration efforts, ideally with exposure to Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Strong experience building and migrating email templates and marketing assets
• Experience with marketing automation (drip campaigns, workflows, lifecycle journeys)
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex data ecosystems
• Exposure to SQL or working alongside data teams/architects on data mapping
• Prior experience with Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
• Experience creating or managing style sheets / design systems within HubSpot
