Job Description
We are looking for a performance focused Marketing Manager to help grow the full Conor Harris product ecosystem, including both B2B education for trainers, coaches, physical therapists, and rehab professionals, as well as B2C programs for people who want to improve posture, pain, movement, mobility, and strength. About The Role The Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping plan, execute, track, and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, email, landing pages, and CRM follow up systems. This person must understand both paid acquisition and organic content strategy. They should be able to take Conor's content, product offers, customer avatars, testimonials, and sales pages, then help turn them into profitable campaigns that drive leads, sales, booked calls, and long term customer growth. Primary Responsibilities Paid Advertising Manage and optimize paid campaigns across: Meta Ads YouTube Ads TikTok Ads Retargeting campaigns Lead generation campaigns Sales campaigns Webinar or VSL funnels Booked call campaigns for higher ticket offers Responsibilities include: Create campaign strategy for both B2B and B2C products Build campaigns around specific offers, audiences, pain points, and customer stages Work with Conor and the creative team to develop hooks, ad angles, scripts, and creative concepts Test new creatives, headlines, captions, thumbnails, and calls to action Monitor performance daily or several times per week Identify winning campaigns and scale them responsibly Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend changes Build retargeting flows for site visitors, video viewers, leads, email subscribers, and warm audiences Product Marketing Focus The Marketing Manager must understand how to market different product categories, including: B2B Products These are for trainers, coaches, physical therapists, rehab professionals, and movement professionals who want to improve client results and increase their professional value.
Main angles include:
Become known for better client results Learn assessment and application systems Solve movement problems other professionals cannot figure out Improve client retention Increase rates and referrals Build authority in the fitness and rehab industry Integrate biomechanics into a real business model The Biomechanics Program includes mentorship, live calls, practical application sessions, Slack support, supplementary content, business integration, and access to seminars. B2C Products These are for consumers who want to move better, reduce pain, improve posture, restore mobility, build strength, and feel better in daily life.Main angles include:
Fix posture at the source Reduce chronic pain and stiffness Improve shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and foot function Use exercise progressions instead of random stretching or foam rolling Build strength while improving mobility Follow simple programs that produce practical results The site positions these offers around feeling better, moving better, addressing root causes, and using training based solutions rather than traditional rehab only approaches. Reporting And Metrics The Marketing Manager must provide a weekly performance report that includes: Revenue by product Ad spend by platformCAC LTV ROAS MER
Cost per lead Cost per booked call Cost per purchase Email opt in rate Landing page conversion rate Checkout conversion rate Lead to purchase conversion rate Booked call to show rate Show rate to close rate Average order value Refund rate Creative performance by hook and angle Funnel bottlenecks Recommendations for the next week They should not only report numbers. They should explain what the numbers mean and what actions should be taken next. CRM And Funnel Responsibilities The Marketing Manager should be comfortable working with GoHighLevel CRM.Responsibilities include:
Help build and organize lead pipelines Track booked calls and lead sources Coordinate follow up sequences Segment B2B and B2C leads Track where leads are coming from Work with email and DM follow up systems Help improve lead nurture flows Make sure paid traffic, landing pages, forms, calendars, and CRM tracking are connected properly Campaign Ideation This person should actively help create new campaign ideas, including: Meta ad concepts YouTube ad scripts TikTok ad hooks Retargeting campaigns Launch campaigns Sale campaigns Evergreen funnels Free lead magnet campaigns Webinar campaigns VSL campaigns Testimonial based ads Problem aware ads Practitioner authority ads Before and after campaigns Comparison ads against stretching, foam rolling, random mobility drills, and symptom based rehab Required Skills Strong experience with Meta Ads Experience with YouTube Ads Experience with TikTok Ads Strong understanding of direct response marketing Ability to analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, and funnel metrics Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms Ability to write or guide ad hooks, campaign angles, and creative briefs Ability to translate educational content into compelling marketing campaigns Strong understanding of lead generation, retargeting, and sales funnels Comfortable working with landing pages, opt in pages, VSLs, webinars, and checkout flows Strong communication and weekly reporting skills Preferred Experience Experience marketing online courses, coaching programs, fitness products, rehab education, or health related offers Experience with both low ticket digital products and higher ticket call based offers Experience working with content creators or personal brands Experience scaling paid ads profitably Familiarity with Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Meta Events Manager, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker Studio Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, organized, and performance driven. They understand that good marketing is not just about launching ads. It is about matching the right message to the right audience, tracking the numbers, finding bottlenecks, and constantly improving the funnel. They should be able to help Conor turn his content, expertise, testimonials, products, and audience trust into more leads, more sales, more booked calls, and more predictable growth.Pay:
