Mainstay Medical Mainstay Medical is a medical device company focused on marketing an innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8®, for people with disabling chronic mechanical Low Back Pain. The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with subsidiaries operating in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Position Summary:
The Senior Marketing Specialist works with a small team of marketing professionals to execute commercial marketing strategies for a breakthrough medical therapy in global (U.S.A, Australia, United Kingdom, and Europe) businesses through the appropriate channels to maximize awareness, education, and adoption of ReActiv8 therapy. This includes coordination of both internal and external projects supporting upstream, downstream, sales training, and clinical marketing
  • including process work with external vendors and stakeholders. A successful candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the initiative to drive work forward independently. The Senior Marketing Specialist will function as a generalist willing to assist with a myriad of projects and assignments as they come up
  • with a key focus on marketing data and analytics.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with ideation and execution of messaging, collateral, communication, and education materials for all pertinent audiences. Aid in the facilitation of end-to-end production of marketing materials
  • coordinating stakeholder input, managing review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal approval processes (including DCR/quality workflows).
Manage and maintain the sales team's collateral ordering portal, ensuring product listings, inventory levels, and assets remain current, accurate, and easy for the field to navigate. Own the organization of department working files and version drafts in SharePoint. Coordinate and/or assist with projects in progress with vendors and external stakeholders, including the patient ambassador program, co-marketing efforts with physicians and events, SEO, email marketing, digital marketing, video production, social media content capture, etc. Triage field requests for support and collateral from the field sales team, including occasional field travel for customer meetings and event support Own marketing data and analytics reporting, serving as the team's primary resource for campaign performance tracking, pipeline attribution, and lead funnel analysis across HubSpot and Salesforce platforms. Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategy, optimize channel spend, and demonstrate marketing's impact on commercial outcomes. Establish consistent reporting cadences and dashboards to keep leadership and cross-functional stakeholders aligned on key metrics. Willingness to develop strong organizational and project management skills particularly within HubSpot, Salesforce, Ziflow, and our internal quality management software. Assist with development of marketing department processes, including creation of process docs and SOP's when required. Support commercial events such as conferences, tradeshows, GSM

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field required. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in marketing, with demonstrated growth in scope and ownership. Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end with minimal direction, managing timelines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously. Polished and professional with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and influence across all levels of an organization. Experience in marketing CRM platforms
  • data/analytics dashboard and report creation.
Experience in MedTech or a regulated industry is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently in design tools for layout and copy updates. Basic graphic design capability is a plus, particularly willingness to learn layout, and basic copy-editing/ proofreading. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent organizational and project management skills with a track record of managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle of feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk or hear in a standard office environment and independently from remote locations. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel by car or airplane independently up to 20% of the time and after work hours is required by travel schedule or business issues.
