This position will work closely with Sales, external agencies, vendors, and industry partners to develop and execute marketing programs, trade shows, digital campaigns, and sales support materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and creative skills, be comfortable working with data, and have experience supporting multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin and Cantonese) is required to support ethnic market initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Foodservice Marketing Support the planning and execution of national and regional foodservice marketing programs and events. Coordinate participation in trade shows, food exhibitions, and industry events. Create marketing materials including recipe cards, promotional collateral, presentation materials, and event assets. Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and analyze campaign performance. Conduct industry research using AI-powered and traditional research tools. Prepare quarterly industry intelligence and sales trend reports. Collaborate with agencies, vendors, chefs, and industry partners to execute public relations and marketing initiatives. Support website updates, digital content development, webinars, and product promotions. Assist with lead generation and business development activities in collaboration with the sales team. Work with culinary professionals to develop recipes, educational content, and promotional materials. Ethnic Market Marketing Develop product catalogs and sales materials tailored to ethnic market customers. Support product registration and vendor management activities. Create advertising and promotional materials for ethnic retailers and distributors. Prepare import data reports and monthly business summaries. Collaborate with external agencies to develop and implement market-specific sales and marketing strategies. Support ethnic sales teams through marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Develop sales sheets, launch presentations, and promotional materials for Retail and Foodservice channels. Assist with translation and localization of marketing content between English and Chinese. Participate in ethnic trade shows and industry events. Marketing Analytics & Sales Support Analyze marketing and sales performance data and provide actionable insights. Prepare recurring reports and presentations for management. Support the sales organization with customer presentations, sales tools, and business reviews. Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of marketing, sales support, business analysis, or related corporate experience. Experience supporting Foodservice, Retail, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, or Ethnic Market businesses preferred. Required Skills Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret business trends and data. Avanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency in Canva. Experience with Mailchimp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative content development and copywriting abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support a variety of projects. Work Schedule Core working hours:
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Employees are expected to work during core hours and may adjust schedules with supervisor approval. On-site work required during the introductory period (first six months). Hybrid work arrangement (up to two remote days per week) may be available after successful completion of the introductory period, subject to performance and company policy.
