Our products support TV listening, wireless audio, hearing accessibility, and assistive listening for churches, senior communities, and public venues. Venucast is our assistive listening solution for churches, senior living communities, schools, and public venues. HearFinder is our public-benefit venue locator that helps people find places with hearing assistance. We are looking for a Customer Success & Product Marketing Specialist to help customers understand, use, and share the value of our products. About the Role This is a hands-on role that connects customer support, onboarding, product education, and marketing content. You will help new customers get started, follow up with trial users, collect real feedback, write simple customer-facing content, and turn successful customer stories into useful case studies, FAQs, web content, and sales materials. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and interested in hearing accessibility, consumer technology, and customer education. Responsibilities
  • Help onboard new Venucast customers, including churches, senior communities, and other organizations.
  • Follow up with trial customers by email, phone, or Zoom to make sure they understand how to use the product.
  • Prepare simple customer instructions, FAQs, onboarding checklists, and help articles.
  • Collect customer feedback and summarize common questions, concerns, and product issues.
  • Work with the sales and technical team to improve customer onboarding materials.
  • Help create product marketing content such as landing page copy, email templates, case studies, brochures, and video scripts.
  • Support HearFinder venue listings, customer verification, and user feedback collection.
  • Help maintain CRM records, customer notes, and follow-up status.
  • Turn real customer experiences into clear stories that help future customers understand the product value.
  • Support trade shows, customer demos, and community outreach when needed. Ideal Candidate
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Able to explain products in simple, clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Organized and comfortable following up with customers.
  • Comfortable using email, Zoom, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic content tools.
  • Interested in helping seniors, churches, and people with hearing loss.
  • Experience in customer success, product marketing, customer support, content writing, or community outreach is preferred.
  • Experience with consumer electronics, hearing technology, AV products, churches, senior living, or accessibility programs is a plus.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with non-technical customers. Requirements
  • Based in the San Jose / Bay Area region preferred.
  • Able to work with customers in U.S. business hours.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to write clear customer-facing content.
  • Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them simply.
  • Willing to support both customer success and marketing tasks in a small, fast-moving team.
Compensation Compensation based on experience and work schedule. This role can start as part-time or full-time depending on the candidate. Why This Role Matters Many customers want to provide better hearing access, but they need clear guidance, simple materials, and patient follow-up. Your role is to help customers succeed after they show interest, and then turn those successful experiences into content that helps many more customers understand and adopt the solution. You will play an important role in helping churches, senior communities, and public venues become more hearing-friendly.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
