Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing multiple projects, understanding brand voice, and delivering consistent, high-quality marketing content across all channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Keep up on industry news, consumer trends and customer buying behavior.
  • Create digital marketing assets for strategic placement in various media avenues.
  • Support the launch of new products through all available and appropriate channels.
  • Identify, plan, coordinate, exhibit and attend relevant trade and vendor shows. This will require overnight weekend work/travel.
  • Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of ad and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify areas of weakness in product description, copy, and website layout/design for improvement.
  • Own the Marketing areas of responsibility portion of the Synergy New Product Checklist. Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
  • Ability to create digital marketing assets i.e. social media ads, video, print ads and copy.
  • Google Ads and Analytics expertise.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of search engine optimization.
  • Strong general computer skills including MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English. Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field.
  • Experience with 3D Studio Max, or similar programs.
  • Off-road or automotive enthusiasts strongly preferred.
  • Video Production/Editing is a plus.
  • Experience with X-cart, Shopify, or Magento.
