Full Job Description About Us:

We are a growing internet marketing company looking for someone who can bring creativity and technical skills to our team. Our ideal candidate has experience in email marketing campaigns, understands the basics of HTML, and has an eye for clean, effective graphic design.

Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automations). Design and build email templates that are mobile-friendly and visually engaging. Use basic

HTML/CSS

to tweak and customize email layouts as needed. Design graphics for emails, banners, and promotional content (using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar). Analyze performance metrics and make recommendations to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ensure branding consistency across campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred). Basic knowledge of
