brands, with our own manufacturing in China and operations based in Santa Ana, CA. We sell through both B2C and B2B channels — across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and our own DTC site, as well as wholesale and B2B accounts — with a product range spanning work and safety gloves, cut-resistant sleeves, and everyday consumer goods. The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Brand Lead to own and elevate our brand and marketing execution across channels. This person will take day-to-day marketing and creative execution off the CEO's plate — not just set strategy, but roll up their sleeves and ship the work. You'll lead brand direction, social media, creative workflow, Amazon/DTC content, and product launch marketing, coordinating with both our US team and China-based team members and creative resources. What You'll Do
  • Own brand strategy and identity across all channels and touchpoints
  • Lead marketing execution across Amazon, DTC, B2B/wholesale, and other marketplaces
  • Manage social media presence and content calendar
  • Drive the creative workflow — briefing, coordinating, and reviewing work from internal and external (including China-based) creative resources
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches
  • Oversee product content: listings, copy, photography, and video
  • Track marketing performance and report results to the CEO What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in consumer products and e-commerce
  • Hands-on operator who can both plan and personally execute
  • Direct experience with Amazon and DTC marketing/content
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to manage creative projects end to end
  • Mandarin/English bilingual strongly preferred — this role coordinates regularly with China-based team members and creative resources
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones ice to Have
  • Experience in safety/PPE, apparel, or accessories categories
  • B2B / wholesale marketing experience
  • Paid media experience (Amazon PPC, Meta, etc.
  • Track record taking products from launch through scale

$95,000.00
