Sales Intern

JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Sales Intern -ideally current college students or recent graduates-who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales outreach within a fast-paced, thriving environment. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads in targeted markets Collaborate with the sales team to develop messaging and outreach strategies. Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for potential customers Assist with sales reports, tracking, and analysis as needed. Qualifications Current college student (Junior/Senior) or recent graduate, ideally studying Business, Marketing and/or Communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional outreach messages. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Possible offer of full time employment post the 3 month training period. Compensation Disclosure The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18/hr for a 3 month training period. If offered a full time role, the compensation would include an increase in base pay as well as commission based on targets and objectives. Work Location & Hours This is an in-house, office based position located in JAKKS Corporate office in Santa Monica, California. The work hours are 8:30 to 5:30 Monday, Tuesday & Thursday ONLY.
