KETL needs someone who can take the creative output already being produced, organize it, finish it, and turn it into clean, effective marketing across the channels that matter most. At its core, this person takes KETL content, launches, stories, and community initiatives from raw creative into fully distributed, polished, on-brand marketing across email, SMS, blog, and social. Core Pillars 1. Campaign Execution & Content Distribution Own the rollout of major content drops, launches, stories, and community initiatives across relevant channels. Turn raw creative into finished outbound marketing that is polished, timely, and on brand. Make sure good content actually reaches the audience rather than stopping at the production stage. 2. Email & SMS Marketing Own the creation and sending of weekly newsletters, launch emails, and content-driven communications. Support and manage SMS sends tied to launches, stories, and community activity. Monitor channel performance and improve execution quality over time. 3. Social Media & Channel Publishing Manage publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and YouTube community posts. Handle day-to-day posting, coordination, and comment/reply activity where appropriate. Help KETL show up consistently and professionally across its public-facing channels. 4. Editorial & Brand Content Management Oversee content flow for the KETL Blog and . Coordinate with the creative team to get stories, articles, and supporting assets into publish-ready form. Maintain strong alignment with KETL voice, product positioning, and brand standards. 5. Affiliate & Community Support Help communicate with and support groups such as , , and other close brand advocates. Assist with affiliate communication, relationship nurturing, and community-facing follow through. Support the broader goal of building a stronger, more engaged KETL audience over time. What This Person Would Actually Own Building and sending KETL email newsletters and launch emails Publishing YouTube videos, community posts, Instagram posts, Facebook posts, and related content Sending email/SMS tied to launches, content, and community initiatives Coordinating with management and the creative team to move assets to completion Managing the distribution side of projects like the KETL Treasure Hunts Replying to customer and community responses across email and social when appropriate Reporting back on channel-specific performance and suggesting practical improvements Keeping content calendars, deadlines, and execution details organized and moving Ideal Candidate Profile Strong operator who can take raw creative and turn it into finished execution Excellent taste and writing instincts, with the ability to protect and extend KETL brand voice Comfortable being hands on, in the weeds daily, inside email, SMS, and social platforms Organized enough to manage many moving pieces without constant oversight AI fluent and actively using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency Comfortable engaging with customers and community members in a thoughtful, on-brand way Interested in the outdoor world and aligned with the kind of customer KETL serves What Success Would Look Like KETL content gets published consistently, professionally, and with strong attention to detail Email and SMS become more polished, more timely, and more valuable to the audience Social and community channels feel active, cared for, and aligned with the brand Creative projects no longer stall before distribution and follow through The internal team has confidence that launches and content rollouts will be handled cleanly Why This Role Matters at
