Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Shopify store while executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will focus on driving online sales through email and SMS marketing, website optimization, SEO, content expansion, and paid advertising. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver a high-quality customer experience that supports sustainable business growth. Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Shopify initiatives to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates Manage and optimize email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns Continuously improve website UX/UI and overall site performance Implement and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility Create and expand blog content to support brand storytelling and drive inbound traffic Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Manage and update website content, promotions, and product information

Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing and operating Shopify stores Proven experience driving growth in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and digital marketing strategies Hands-on experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, SEO, and Google Ads Proficiency in Shopify (theme customization, app integration, and store management) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or character/IP licensing industries
