Job Description

A leading apparel company is hiring an Email & Automation Specialist to bolster their CRM and Retention Marketing efforts. This role offers a temporary opportunity working within our client's team and is ideal for someone passionate about creating high-quality email campaigns and automations. The position requires technical skills in email coding and automation processes, supporting the development and optimization of marketing efforts.
Email & Automation Specialist Responsibilities:
Design, code, and verify marketing and transactional emails using
HTML/CSS.
Develop and maintain customer lifecycle flows and automation sequences, such as welcome series, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns. Update existing automation workflows by modifying logic, content, and performance parameters. Ensure that emails are mobile-friendly, accessible, and render correctly across various devices and inboxes. Support testing initiatives, including A/B testing and content variation experiments, and troubleshoot issues to improve email accuracy and effectiveness.
Email & Automation Specialist Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience creating emails and lifecycle automations within digital marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable. Strong proficiency in
HTML/CSS
for email development, including responsiveness and handling client inbox limitations. Hands-on experience with creating automation triggers and implementing conditional logic. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate workflows effectively in a production setting.
