Position Overview We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage target audiences, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys a blend of content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing, social media, and event coordination. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to a high-performing marketing function. What You'll Do As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across several areas, including: Content Development Create compelling marketing content for digital and print channels Support the development of brochures, presentations, email content, website copy, and sales materials Translate complex topics into clear, audience-friendly messaging Help maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications Campaign Execution Assist in building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns Support email marketing, landing pages, forms, and content updates within marketing platforms Monitor campaign performance and help track key metrics Contribute to website content management and optimization efforts Social Media Management Help plan and execute social media content across key platforms Maintain posting calendars, draft copy, and coordinate creative assets Monitor engagement and support community management Track performance trends and recommend improvements Events and Field Marketing Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, client events, and community activations Coordinate event materials, logistics, vendors, and on-site needs Help ensure teams are prepared with the right tools and collateral Capture and organize event content for future marketing use What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience; relevant internships and co-op experience may be considered Experience supporting campaigns, content calendars, and marketing deliverables from concept through execution Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience B2B marketing experience Exposure to healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or professional services Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms Familiarity with website analytics, SEO best practices, and social media management tools Experience supporting events, conferences, or field marketing initiatives What Will Make You Successful You are a strong communicator with a sharp eye for messaging and detail You are both creative and analytical, using data to improve performance You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities You work well across departments and build strong working relationships You are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work You are energized by purpose-driven work and want to contribute to something meaningful Why Join Elite Corporate Medical Services At Elite, your work has visible impact.
