• Full-time Lead a High-Energy Field Marketing Team with Window Nation Window Nation is actively hiring a Canvassing Team Lead / Field Marketing Supervisor to lead, coach, and grow our field marketing team throughout the Aurora and Denver metro market.

What You'll Do:

Lead and coach a residential canvassing team in the field Conduct daily team huddles and territory assignments Generate homeowner leads alongside your team Track team performance and daily lead activity Support training, motivation, and accountability efforts Submit daily field performance reports to leadership

Work Schedule:

Full-time Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM

• 6:00 PM Occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs or events

Base hourly pay = $23.00 per hour Performance-based bonuses and incentives High performers have the opportunity to earn $70K

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED At least 2+ years of previous experience leading teams in sales, retail, canvassing, fundraising, customer service, or field marketing Valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Preferred Experience:

This rate represents the Company's good faith estimate of the hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. Employees who meet or exceed performance expectations may have the opportunity to earn total annual compensation in the range of approximately $70,000
