This one does. At House of Wilde Events, we're looking for an Event Production Team Lead to help deliver luxury weddings and events throughout Colorado. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide crews, coordinate logistics, work directly with clients and vendors, and help execute events that require professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail. Starting at $40 per hour, this role offers the opportunity to strengthen your leadership, communication, and operational skills while working alongside a team that takes pride in doing exceptional work. We work hard, support one another, and believe great events are built by great teams. What You'll Do Lead crews during event installation, production, and strike. Coordinate timelines and keep projects moving efficiently. Communicate directly with clients, venue teams, vendors, and fellow crew members. Solve problems and make decisions in fast-paced environments. Load, unload, and care for high-end event inventory. Frequently drive company box/moving trucks to support event operations. Help ensure every event is executed safely, professionally, and on schedule. Represent House of Wilde with professionalism and confidence at every event. A Note About Experience Event experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We can teach event production. We can teach logistics. We can teach our systems and processes.
