We operate under Real Estate Foundation, Inc., alongside two sister companies: Real Estate Broker Match (REBM) and 1031tax.com, a 1031 exchange and triple net (NNN) advisory practice with over 30 years in the industry. The three businesses are interconnected, and you'll touch all of them. We have outbound systems running today at volume. We're hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to take them to the next level. The Role You'll manage our outbound go-to-market infrastructure across IPM, REBM, and 1031tax.com. We've built the foundation and we're already running large-scale outreach. Now we need an expert to optimize, scale further, and build what's next. This is not a sales role. You're engineering the machine, not working the phones. You'll control everything from data enrichment and list building through high-volume automated outreach sequences, signal-based outreach triggers, drip campaigns, LinkedIn growth, and targeted ad campaigns, integrating with our CRM and internal systems, then handing off qualified opportunities to the sales side. You'll have real autonomy here. We want someone creative who's constantly testing new approaches, trying new channels, and bringing ideas we haven't thought of yet. You'll have the freedom to experiment. This role is high agency and ownership. What We Need You've built and scaled cold outreach systems before using modern outbound tooling, sales automation platforms, and data enrichment workflows. You've operated at volume and you know what breaks when you do. You understand how these systems connect and how to make them talk to each other. You've run signal-based outreach using intent data, job changes, funding events, or other real-time triggers to time outbound perfectly. You've built drip campaigns that nurture leads over weeks and months without going stale. You've launched and managed targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, or Meta to support outbound efforts. You A/B test everything. You use Claude Code to build and ship. No real estate experience required. This is not a role where we teach you the tech stack. We expect you to hit the ground running on day 1. What This Looks Like Day to Day Building prospecting lists. Writing and A/B testing outbound sequences at scale. Setting up signal-based triggers that fire outreach at the right moment. Building and refining drip campaigns. Growing our LinkedIn presence and running targeted ads. Automating workflows. Integrating systems. Troubleshooting deliverability. Analyzing what's working, killing what isn't, and iterating fast. You'll be working directly with Rhett on a close day-to-day basis, across Inherited Property Match, Real Estate Broker Match, and 1031tax.com. Compensation Base salary, plus discretionary bonus with room to grow as the company scales. Denver-based, in-person, full-time.

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
