We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support company marketing efforts by assisting with the coordination, maintenance, and execution of marketing initiatives across Four Star's property portfolio. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring marketing materials, websites, listings, and branding remain accurate, current, and consistent across all platforms while supporting the successful execution of marketing projects. This position focuses on operational support and marketing administration rather than marketing strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Website & Listing Administration Assist with the creation, maintenance, and quality control of company websites and Internet Listing Services (ILS).
Update website content:
property descriptions, amenities, photography, floor plans, leasing specials, and other marketing content. Create floor plans, map units, and maintain property information within marketing platforms. Prepare website updates, website builds, and content revisions for review and approval prior to publication. Assist with new property launches and associated website setup. Marketing Administration Coordinate day to day marketing requests across the portfolio. Support the implementation of new marketing initiatives, campaigns, and property launches. Maintain marketing templates, digital assets, project trackers, and department documentation. Organize and maintain marketing files and brand resources. Respond to marketing questions and coordinate marketing requests with both internal departments and external vendors. Marketing Collateral & Branding Prepare marketing collateral using approved company brand standards. Create and update flyers, door hangers, building signage, leasing specials, event materials, banners, and other promotional pieces. Ensuring consistency of branding across websites, collateral, signage, and digital marketing platforms. Coordinate printing, production, and distribution of marketing materials as needed. Monitor property branding needs and coordinate updates as requested. Photography & Creative Assets Identify properties requiring updated photography or marketing assets. Coordinate professional photography, virtual staging, and creative requests when required. Maintain and organize the company's digital marketing asset library. Social Media & Marketing Support Assist with approved social media campaigns and promotional initiatives. Prepare graphics and content using approved templates and brand standards. Coordinate marketing efforts and materials related to leasing specials, resident events, grand openings, and other promotional campaigns. Assist in maintaining marketing calendars and promotional schedules. Quality Assurance Conduct routine audits of websites, listings, photographs, marketing materials, and digital marketing platforms. Coordinating corrective action when necessary. Audit marketing information for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company brand standards. Escalate items requiring additional review or approval through established department processes. Basic Requirements and Work Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in either multifamily property management or a marketing department is required. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Canva or similar design software preferred. Experience with RentCafe, Yardi, or similar property management software preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and execute daily/weekly/quarterly tasks. A mindset to come in every day ready to help improve upon the previous day. Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for accuracy. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and autonomously while collaborating with multiple departments. Willingness to learn new marketing platforms, software, and processes.
