We're a growing lending company seeking a hands-on Marketing & Content Specialist to drive our marketing efforts, create engaging video content, and help expand our presence across digital platforms. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, take ownership of projects, and grow alongside a dynamic team. What You'll Do Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms Plan, film, and produce video content featuring Realtors, Mortgage Loan Originators, and company leadership Edit video content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives Create compelling content including videos, graphics, social posts, blogs, and email campaigns Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging Publish, schedule, and manage content across all social media channels Monitor engagement, analytics, and campaign performance to optimize results Conduct market research and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation Collaborate with team members to promote products, services, events, and educational content Manage marketing projects from concept through execution and reporting Who You Are 1-3 years of marketing, content creation, social media, or digital marketing experience Experience shooting and editing video content for social media and digital platforms Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools Familiar with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in real estate, mortgage, financial services, or related industries is a plus
