Job Description

Are you a creative, motivated marketer looking to make a real impact? We're a growing lending company seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive our brand, manage campaigns, and engage customers across digital and social channels. This is your chance to shape our marketing strategy from the ground up and grow with us.
What You'll Do:
Manage social media, email, website, and digital campaigns Create compelling content that connects with our audience Conduct market research and monitor campaign performance Collaborate with the team to promote products and events Take ownership of projects and see your ideas in action
Who You Are:
1-3 years marketing experience Familiar with social media tools, analytics, and content creation Self-starter, creative, and ready to manage multiple projects Excited to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on role
What We Offer:
Salary:
$55,000 - $60,000/year Quarterly bonuses up to $1,000 Paid vacation and PTO, Health Insurance and 401K Flexible schedule, professional development stipend, and ownership of marketing projects
