This role blends affiliate program management , email marketing strategy , analytics , and creative production . The ideal candidate is data‑driven, fluent in GA4 , experienced with Klaviyo , and capable of producing A1‑level graphics that elevate campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Marketing Manage and grow the company's affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management. Develop affiliate promotions, incentives, and campaigns to drive conversions. Monitor affiliate performance, optimize partner activity, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Analyze affiliate traffic, conversion rates, and ROI using GA4 and internal dashboards. Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms. Email Marketing & Automation Plan, build, and execute email campaigns, flows, and automations in Klaviyo . Segment audiences for targeted messaging and improved deliverability. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, CTAs, and send times. Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per send) and optimize accordingly. Maintain email list hygiene and compliance with CAN‑SPAM and GDPR standards. Creative & Graphics Design high‑quality graphics for email campaigns, affiliate assets, landing pages, and social media. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual consistency. Produce quick-turn creative that aligns with campaign goals and brand identity. Analytics & Reporting Use GA4 to track campaign performance, user behavior, and attribution. Build weekly and monthly reports summarizing KPIs, insights, and optimization recommendations. Identify trends and opportunities to improve channel performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in affiliate marketing , email marketing , or digital marketing. Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing). Strong understanding of GA4 , including event tracking and attribution. Graphic design ability (A1‑level or equivalent), with experience in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite. Strong copywriting skills for email and promotional content. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with influencer or partner marketing. Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e‑commerce platforms. Knowledge of SEO, paid media, or CRM best practices. Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance. What Success Looks Like Increased affiliate revenue and partner engagement.
