Our team is growing quickly, with a long-term goal of reaching 10,000 units and $1 billion in assets under management. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Shelton, CT. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, resourceful, and able to execute marketing tasks across multiple areas of the business. We are looking for someone who can take direction from strategy meetings, understand the goal, and figure out how to move tasks forward. The right person should have applicable marketing experience, strong follow-through, and the ability to take initiative without needing every step spelled out. Responsibilities Execute day-to-day marketing tasks across Alpha Capital Funds and related business divisions. Assist with marketing campaigns for real estate investing, lending, property management, leasing, recruiting, and brand awareness. Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurture sequences. Help manage and update marketing systems such as Salesforce, website forms, landing pages, contact lists, and other CRM-related tools. Support CRM organization, including lead lists, campaign tracking, contact updates, reporting, and follow-up workflows. Coordinate with internal team members, virtual assistants, and outside partners to complete marketing projects. Turn strategy discussions into clear action items and execute them without needing every step outlined. Track marketing tasks, deadlines, campaign progress, and follow-ups. Assist with website updates, blog posts, SEO improvements, and online listing updates. Help organize and maintain marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, email templates, property materials, and brand assets. Monitor marketing performance and provide basic reporting on campaign results, lead sources, engagement, and other key metrics. Use AI tools to improve efficiency, generate ideas, organize content, and support execution. Stay organized across multiple priorities and communicate clearly when items are completed, delayed, or need direction. Requirements 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong applicable experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience. Strong ability to execute tasks, follow through, and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable taking broad direction and figuring out the next steps. Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Salesforce experience preferred. Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Canva, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Monday.com, or similar tools is a plus. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company. Resourceful and able to problem-solve when priorities, tools, or next steps are not fully defined. Experience or willingness to use AI tools to improve marketing execution. Real estate, property management, lending, or construction marketing experience is a plus but not required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can be given a goal and take ownership of getting it done. They are not waiting for every small instruction, but they also communicate when they need clarification. They are resourceful, organized, and comfortable figuring out the next step. This person should be comfortable sitting in on strategy meetings, identifying the marketing tasks that need to happen next, and executing those tasks quickly and accurately.
Compensation Salary range:
$50,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience.
