The Freelancer will manage and execute our weekly loyalty, SMS, email, and push‑notification campaigns using Springbig or Dutchie. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and improve customer experience. Optimize product listings using SEO tools, keyword research, and content management systems to increase visibility and ranking. Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive traffic and engagement. Create compelling content including copywriting, graphic design, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop. Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Google AdWords to run targeted advertising campaigns that maximize ROI. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and performance marketing improvements. Implement marketing automation workflows for email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through personalized messaging. Maintain website content using WordPress or other content management systems while ensuring technical accuracy with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and optimize content for search engines. Collaborate on B2B marketing initiatives to expand our reach within industry segments. Experience Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar content management systems. Strong knowledge of SEO tools, SEM strategies, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance marketing techniques. Demonstrated ability in social media management including Facebook Advertising and content creation tailored for digital audiences. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development. Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and troubleshooting purposes. Experience with marketing automation platforms for email campaigns and customer journey mapping. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive product descriptions and engaging social media posts. Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies to target corporate clients effectively. Create targeted messaging using customer data to deliver personalized SMS, email, and push notifications. Create e-Commerce bundle deals for online store and in store that marketing campaign Set up automated journeys to track customer behavior and trigger follow‑up campaigns. Manage referral and feedback tools including surveys and the Budz Referral Program. Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports with recommendations. Ability to write clear, engaging marketing copy for SMS, email, and push notifications. Familiarity with cannabis retail marketing is a plus. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and retention marketing . Reliable, organized, and able to meet weekly deadlines.
