Position Overview:

Coastal Bath Company is seeking outgoing and motivated Retail Marketing Representatives to represent our brand inside a retail location. This role focuses on engaging with customers, introducing our services, and scheduling free in-home estimates for our design team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers about Coastal Bath Company's products and services Generate interest and schedule free in-home estimates Maintain a clean, organized display area Accurately collect customer information using provided tools Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills Outgoing personality and positive attitude Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Reliable and punctual Retail, customer service, or marketing experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:
