We are aligned to ensure our communities can access patient-centered, medically oriented full service eyecare delivered in convenient locations with friendly, knowledgeable doctors and staff. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support marketing execution, vendor coordination, and consistent brand presence across our growing network. This role reports to the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer and works closely with internal teams, providers, and external marketing partners to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned marketing support across locations. What You'll Do Coordinate and execute email, digital, and print marketing campaigns across multiple locations Draft and edit patient-facing content including service promotions, provider announcements, and community communications Support the development and distribution of marketing materials in collaboration with leadership and agency partners Serve as the day-to-day liaison with external digital marketing partners supporting paid search, social, display, and sponsored content Coordinate with vendors including print partners, signage providers, designers, photographers, and community organizations Support project timelines, quotes, deliverables, and distribution of marketing materials Support sponsorships, community events, and local outreach opportunities Coordinate event logistics, materials, and on-site marketing support as needed Monitor online reputation and assist with review response workflows using approved guidelines What You'll Need 3+ years of professional marketing experience (multi-location or service-based environment preferred) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with email marketing tools, surveys, and Google Business Profile management. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Experience coordinating with external vendors and marketing partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams ; Canva experience is a plus Willingness to travel locally across DE and PA.
