We work closely with clients and value responsiveness, professionalism, and strong communication. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who can assist with client communication, sales support, executive coordination, and marketing activities. ResponsibilitiesClient & Prospect Communication Answer inbound calls professionally Follow up with prospects and existing clients via phone and email Coordinate meetings and appointments Maintain timely communication and follow-through Assist in nurturing leads and customer relationships Executive & Administrative Support Help manage executive inboxes and communications Prepare agendas, reminders, and materials for meetings/events Keep leadership team organized and on task Assist with scheduling and coordination Proposal & Sales Support Help draft and format proposals with guidance from leadership Prepare presentation materials and documents Track opportunities and follow-ups Maintain CRM and sales records Marketing Assistance Assist with email campaigns and social media coordination Help organize webinars, events, and marketing initiatives Coordinate basic marketing content and outreach Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with business clients on the phone Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional email etiquette Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Experience in MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, or B2B environments preferred Ideal Candidate Proactive and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to prioritize tasks independently Professional and personable with clients Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Flexible work environment Growth opportunities within a growing technology company
