Job Description
We're a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping healthcare businesses grow their online presence — from designing professional, high-converting websites to ranking them on top of Google through SEO, social media, paid ads and smart marketing strategies. We value initiative, clear communication, and genuine client partnerships — not pushy sales tactics. Our clients include private practices, clinics, and other healthcare providers who want to attract more patients and grow their brand online. The Role We are hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, coachable, and persistent who enjoys talking to people, can handle rejection, and is willing to make a high volume of outbound calls to set appointments with healthcare providers. The right person will learn our sales process, qualify prospects, conduct initial discovery conversations, and sell an introductory marketing service to new clients. What You'll Do Generate new leads and build relationships with healthcare clients Conduct meetings and sales presentations Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals Collaborate closely with our project and marketing teams for client onboarding Track sales activities and achieve monthly targets What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales , preferably in the healthcare industry . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Confident engaging with clinic owners and healthcare professionals Goal-oriented, persuasive, and professional demeanor Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive base salary (determined by experience) + commission on closed deals. Successful sales reps should earn between $80K-$100K/year, with unlimited earning potential.
