In-House Marketing Agent - Cocoa Beach Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated professionals to join our In-House Marketing Team. Unlike many marketing positions in the industry, this position is paid on net tours generated not penetration rates. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and being rewarded for their performance. What You'll Do Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates Invite Non-Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site information Provide a positive and professional guest experience Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and resort offerings Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed Meet and exceed production goals What We're Looking For OPC or In-House Marketing experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Positive, outgoing, and highly motivated personality Sales-minded and goal-oriented Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Additional hours may be required to meet business needs Join a Growing Company If you're looking for an opportunity with strong earning potential, career growth, and a company that rewards performance, we'd love to speak with you.
