Email Marketing Specialist (On-site)

Paradox Brands is an e-commerce brand company that owns and operates multiple wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brands, including Vital Red Light and Titan Body . We are looking for an on-site Email Marketing Specialist to help design, build, and improve our email marketing across both brands. This is not a remote position. The person hired for this role will report to the office and work directly with our internal team. Position Overview We are looking for someone who understands email marketing from both a creative and technical perspective. This role will focus on designing emails, building campaigns, improving email flows, and helping increase customer engagement, retention, and sales through Klaviyo. The ideal candidate knows how to create emails that look good, read well, and convert. You should be comfortable working with e-commerce brands, customer segments, promotional campaigns, automated flows, and performance data. Responsibilities Design and build email campaigns for Vital Red Light and Titan Body Create clean, professional, on-brand email layouts Build and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo Create and improve automated email flows, including welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase flows, winback flows, and promotional sequences Write or edit email copy to match each brand's voice Segment customer lists based on purchase behavior, engagement, interests, and customer type Assist with promotional calendars, product launches, holiday campaigns, and sales events Review email performance, including open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue, and unsubscribe rates A/B test subject lines, email layouts, offers, and calls to action Work with the team to make sure email marketing supports overall brand and sales goals Keep email designs clean, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused Requirements Experience with Klaviyo Experience designing and building marketing emails Understanding of email flows and automation Strong visual design sense Strong written communication skills Ability to write or improve email copy Understanding of e-commerce email marketing Comfortable reviewing email performance and making improvements based on data Detail-oriented and organized Able to work on-site in the office Able to manage campaigns for more than one brand Preferred Skills Experience with Shopify & WooCommerce Basic

Pay:
