Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to develop and implement dealer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, dealer engagement, and drive sales. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and event marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, to increase dealer engagement. Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, online advertising, content scheduling, and campaign reporting across multiple yacht brands and dealer accounts. Coordinate creative assets including photography, videography, brochures, branded collateral, and event material Provide dealers with marketing resources, tools, and guidance to help them effectively promote our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless campaign and event execution. Conduct post-event analysis and present recommendations to inform future strategy. Conduct market and competitor research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities. Maintain strong organization across multiple projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment Other duties as assigned. Requirements & Specialized Skills (not required but preferred): Proven track record of supporting successful marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand engagement. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve, take initiative, and think creatively. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Intermediate understanding project management platforms such as HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing systems preferred Experience managing or supporting social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the marine, dealer support, or similar industry role. Marine, yachting, luxury, automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle industry experience preferred.
