Full time C.K. Select Roofing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers. In this role, you'll speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods and set appointments for free roof inspections with our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, talking to people, and earning performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door Introduce homeowners to our roofing services Educate homeowners about potential storm or roof damage Set qualified appointments for free roof inspections Track leads and appointments using company tools Maintain a professional and positive attitude in the field Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Self-motivated with a positive attitude Reliable transportation Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus bonuses/commission Uncapped earning potential Paid training provided Opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling options Our ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and not afraid to start conversations.
