Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated shows and events marketer, to educate prospects on our products, and work towards finding the best available time to meet with one of our certified design consultants. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, with a background in marketing, lead generation, or event planning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences while participating in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. All show and events team members are trained to ensure ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. Duties Participate in event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring high standards of brand standards. Engage every prospect that passes by your tent or booth space. Provide solutions to any and all bath or shower concerns, and schedule free no obligation meeting with one of certified design consultants. Qualifications Strong negotiation skills with promoters and customers. Excellent in-person marketing and lead generation abilities to maximize event results. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer and staff satisfaction. Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in budgeting and contract management. Knowledge of event marketing and lead generation strategies is a plus. Previous experience in Field Marketing, b2b or b2c sales, team leadership. This role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about creating memorable events while delivering results to a leading team. Available some weekdays, mostly weekends, evenings, part time to full time. Valid Driver's license (travel within 75 miles of office). Able to lift 50lbs and set-up and tear down event displays. Strong positive personality who makes a room brighter.
