We're looking for builders who thrive in fast-moving environments and want to help shape the next generation of enterprise software. About the role We are looking for a Demand Generation Associate to work alongside our Marketing Lead across every channel that creates pipeline. You will partner with our outreach teams — BDRs, Sales, Events, and external content and design partners — to turn briefs into shipped campaigns and measurable revenue. AI agents will draft, build and tag much of the underlying work; you will operate them, edit what they produce, and ship the campaigns they support. This is an early-career role. We are looking for a recent graduate with internship or first-job experience in B2B marketing or sales-development — hungry to learn at speed, comfortable in ambiguity, and already deep in AI tools as a daily habit. What you'll work on Outbound campaigns. Partner with the Marketing Lead and our BDR / Sales team to generate qualified pipeline from cold target accounts across email, LinkedIn and calling. You will carry the day-to-day — cadence, copy, sequencing, and handoffs. Event-support campaigns. Work with the Events team and Sales to turn every event we attend into pipeline through pre-event, on-site and post-event outreach. Events drives the booth and logistics; you drive the demand engine around it. Inbound campaigns (mostly LinkedIn). Team up with the Marketing Lead to capture the demand we earn — paid LinkedIn, lead-capture pages, and the conversion path from impression to qualified lead. Social presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram). Help us show up consistently where our buyers spend their time. You will run the posting cadence and repurpose long-form content into channel-native posts, working closely with our content and design partners. Thought-leadership video. Partner with the Marketing Lead and our executives to produce a steady stream of short-form thought-leadership videos. AI tools handle scripting, voice and production; you will shape the briefs, polish the output, and ship the finished videos across our social channels. Marketing operations. Keep the engine measurable. You will handle CRM hygiene, lead-source attribution, weekly campaign reporting, and the day-to-day operation of our AI marketing agents — in close collaboration with our automation lead. Who you are A recent graduate with internship or early-career experience in B2B marketing, sales-development or a related field. An AI-native operator. You use Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools every day — not occasionally — and you have already replaced work you used to do by hand. Comfortable picking up modern marketing tools quickly — CRM, sequencing platforms, LinkedIn outreach, automation tools. Operationally rigorous. You hold many concurrent campaigns in your head, and you ship on the day you said you would. A clear, direct writer who can adopt someone else's voice when the job calls for it. Eligible to work in North America with substantial Eastern Time overlap.
