Miami, Florida What you will be doing: Own brand campaigns from kickoff through measurement, in partnership with creative and growth. Define audience targets, channel strategy, and success metrics for each program. Brief and manage agency, freelance, and production partners. Partner with the Growth team on integrated launches across Shopify, Amazon, and retail. Run post-mortems and translate learnings into the next round of work. Steward brand consistency across every customer touchpoint, including packaging, lifecycle, and PR.
What you must have:
4 to 7 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in-house at a DTC or consumer brand. A portfolio of campaigns you can speak to, with clear business results. Strong project leadership across creative, media, and cross-functional teams. Comfort with both qualitative storytelling and quantitative measurement.
