PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Regional Planner is responsible for supporting on the assortment management, and ensuring the successful implementation of the regionally agreed promotions in the designated countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assortment
  • Novelties Perform listings of novelties in the Assortment Management Tool following the innovation program agreed for the region Ensure implementation of the innovation program
  • follow up on orders, parameters set up, and keeping locations informed about upcoming updates and introductions. Assortment
  • Management & Delisting Maintain assortment reports by door and address possible gaps Perform listings of extensions and delistings of items in the Assortment Management Tool.
Address creation, extension, and adjustments of new and existing vendors in Avolta's database Review monthly report on assortment performance by vendor, brand, and sku Solve assortment discrepancies and duplicities and address issues to Master Data. Creation of testers/tastings and urgent incidents management Promotions Create promotions and animations for global and regional brands in the A&P Tool Follow-up promotions and animations implementation Coordination of staff and sales incentives Implementation of tactical liquidations/ seasonal campaigns Follow-up and Governance Accountable for reporting
  • assortment and promotions KPIs to internal stakeholders Interact with countries to advise on brands roll out; listings and delistings and promotional activity Adhoc participate to business update calls and marketing calendar discussions within the category and vendors Management, Leadership and HR Manage and interact with countries to support the categories assortment modifications, launches and promotional activity go to market.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
1-3 years experience in marketing/category management and/or experience with fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Desirable:
