DESCRIPTION

The Operations Intern will focus on various tasks relating to Inventory Management, Revenue Management, resort operations, product knowledge, and other varied topics. The primary goal for this role is to support the broader Operations team where needed with a variety of tasks.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and analyzing department data in Excel. Support Operations department team and team members with administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and files pertaining to all operational tasks. Assist with special projects as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Operations Intern competently.

Education:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, Accounting, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Internship, school projects, volunteer work, or customer service experience is a plus. Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and basic data entry. Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a professional environment
