Job Description

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the marketing organization. This role will leverage advanced analytics to connect marketing investments to business outcomes and own the end-to-end analytics process—from data aggregation to insight generation.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Databricks to unify complex datasets, apply robust attribution methodologies, and uncover actionable insights that improve performance across customer segments.

& DatabricksArchitect, maintain, and leverage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and DatabricksUnify multiple data sources to enable holistic, cross-channel analysisAttribution Modeling & ROIDevelop and refine multi-touch attribution modelsAnalyze channel performance across conversion metrics including CPA, AOV, and ROASEvaluate performance by customer segmentMarketing Performance & Investment AnalysisConnect marketing spend across channels to key business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, CAC)Provide recommendations for budget allocation and investment optimizationPartner with media agencies to assess campaign effectiveness and improve performanceSupport website and app analytics to improve conversion ratesLead A/B testing analysis across landing pages, creative, targeting, and offersDatabricks AnalyticsPerform complex data analysis including extraction, normalization, and aggregation of large datasetsGenerate insights to inform marketing strategyConsumer SegmentationAnalyze customer behavior across demographics and segmentsTrack segment performance over time and recommend targeted strategiesIdentify opportunities for personalization and improved engagementPredictive & Correlation AnalysisConduct regression and correlation analysis to identify drivers of conversion, churn, and engagementApply predictive modeling techniques to forecast performance trendsReporting & InsightsBuild and maintain executive-level dashboards using CJA Workspace and DatabricksTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights
