Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing & Creative Content Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is perfect for a passionate marketer who thrives on crafting compelling content, optimizing digital campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive engagement and conversions. Join us to shape impactful marketing strategies, create captivating visuals, and deliver measurable results that propel our business forward in a competitive digital landscape. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice and branding. Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and enhance organic traffic. Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine landing pages and call-to-action elements. Oversee social media management including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost audience interaction. Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives. Manage content management systems like WordPress to update website content efficiently while maintaining SEO best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing automation initiatives using platforms such as Google Ads, Google AdWords, and other SEM tools to maximize campaign performance. Conduct performance marketing analysis by monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and adjusting strategies based on data insights for continuous improvement. Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, implementing
HTML/CSS
adjustments when necessary, and integrating analytics for sales tracking. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple channels. Hands-on proficiency with SEO tools along with experience in keyword research and SEO best practices. Demonstrated ability to use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising Manager, and other analytics platforms for campaign tracking and performance measurement. Skilled in content creation including copywriting for various formats such as blogs, ads, emails, and social media posts. Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms for website updates. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics to support website enhancements and troubleshooting. Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including
SEM, B2B
