Since 1980, we have established ourselves as a premium provider, serving over 120,000 customers across 23 countries through our extensive franchise network and mobile service units. Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting marketing operations across our national franchise network. You will help drive brand consistency, strengthen local and national marketing initiatives, and ensure that franchise owners receive the support and resources needed to succeed. The ideal candidate brings creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and franchise owners to execute marketing programs, support onboarding processes, and contribute to ongoing brand-building efforts. Your work will directly support PIRTEK's continued growth and presence across all markets. Duties Manage tasks that are part of the new location and new franchise owner onboarding process. Manage marketing support ticket communications and requests. Support Franchise Marketing Coach with conducting digital marketing audits for PIRTEK locations. Support marketing leadership in organizing and executing various projects, including working on the national conference. Work with our PR Agency and website developer to publish and file all media placements and press releases. Work regularly with department vendors and agency partners to achieve project goals. Work with the franchise network to deliver local success in various local marketing initiatives. Other projects and responsibilities will be assigned as needed. Experience 2-3 years in a marketing role Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level (or greater). Experience working with online marketing applications such as HubSpot, ZoHo, Constant Contact, and JotForm a plus. Knowledge of Adobe Suite Programs is a plus. Quick learner with the ability to learn new software programs. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, switch between duties, and adhere to deadlines. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and creative. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, a strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
