Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Senior Analyst, Consumer Analytics to support marketing effectiveness, growth initiatives, and customer insights across integrated digital and offline channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance within a mature multi-touch attribution environment and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong technical analytics skills and hands-on experience in marketing performance analysis, customer behavior insights, experimentation, and reporting. This individual will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that drive marketing efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Performance & Growth Insights Analyze performance across paid and owned marketing channels to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities Evaluate campaign effectiveness, audience targeting, creative performance, and channel ROI Support marketing teams in improving acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and engagement Monitor marketing spend efficiency and return on investment Customer & Audience Analytics Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, segmentation, and lifecycle trends Identify high-value customer segments and opportunities to improve targeting and retention Support acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle strategy through data-driven insights Attribution & Measurement Leverage and enhance multi-touch attribution and measurement frameworks Support incrementality testing, holdout analysis, and lift measurement Improve consistency and methodology across marketing measurement and reporting Testing & Experimentation Assist in designing and analyzing A/B tests and marketing experiments Ensure statistical rigor and appropriate audience selection in testing approaches Translate test results into actionable business recommendations Reporting & Visualization Build and improve scalable dashboards and reporting tools for marketing and leadership teams Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Support automation and efficiency improvements in reporting processes Data & Technical Collaboration Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and cloud-based platforms Partner with data and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of tracking and reporting Validate campaign data, analytics implementation, and reporting integrity Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Required Experience 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, growth analytics, or related field Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement Experience analyzing campaign performance and delivering actionable insights Knowledge of attribution, marketing measurement, and A/B testing methodologies Experience with customer segmentation, funnel analysis, or audience analytics Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Technical Skills Google Analytics Looker Studio Power BI BigQuery Statistical tools (R, Python, Databricks - preferred)
