$55,000-$65,000/year base, plus performance-based variable compensation tied to results you drive About Us Divergent Advisors is a fast-growing IMO in the annuity and life insurance space. We're building something here in Alpharetta, a tight-knit, in-office team where marketing, sales, and operations work shoulder to shoulder. This is a ground-floor seat for a builder who wants to own marketing execution and grow with the company. You'll work alongside our Head of Marketing who will teach you our systems, while reporting directly to our Head of Sales. We're looking for someone hungry to learn fast, execute relentlessly, and grow into a much larger role over time. What You'll Do This is a true generalist role with broad ownership. You'll build and run marketing that supports two sides of our business: campaigns that bring great advisors into our network, and lead-generation work that drives results for the professionals we serve. Both matter, and you'll move between them. Day to day, that means: Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and lead forms. Run and refine paid lead-generation campaigns across major ad platforms. Build and manage email and SMS marketing. Write copy and create deliverables for distinct audiences — financial professionals and consumers — and know how to sound right to each. Manage our social media presence to reinforce credibility and support recruiting. Own your numbers — cost-per-lead, cost-per-appointment, conversion — and report weekly with clarity. Test, optimize, and scale what works, while jumping on new projects as they come up. No two weeks look the same. What We're Looking For 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (or a portfolio that clearly proves you can do the work). Hands-on experience building and running paid campaigns and funnels. Comfort with CRM and marketing-automation platforms — and a proven ability to learn new tools fast. We'll expect you up to speed on our systems within your first few months. Strong copywriting — you can write to a seasoned insurance professional and to a pre-retiree and land with both. Comfort with analytics and owning performance metrics. Highly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping balls. Financial services, insurance, or annuity experience is a plus. A marketing or communications degree is strongly preferred but not required — we care more about what you can build. If you want to build, own outcomes, and grow into something bigger, it is. Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$65,000 base, depending on experience.
