Marketing Specialist

Description We are working with a client who is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to support a fast‑paced marketing team across property launches, company initiatives, content, and marketing operations. This role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring campaigns, communications, and content are executed accurately and on schedule.

THIS ROLE IS 5 DAYS ONSITE IN METRO ATLANTA

What you'll do: + Coordinate marketing launches for investment opportunities nationwide + Build, update, and maintain listings across marketing platforms + Create and distribute email campaigns and marketing communications + Manage listing status updates and ensure consistency across all channels + Support company marketing initiatives, including social media, website updates, and brand communications + Promote milestones, announcements, awards, and thought leadership content + Assist with content planning, scheduling, and repurposing across digital channels + Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and competing deadlines + Maintain marketing databases, records, and workflows + Support marketing efforts tied to events and conferences Requirements What we're looking for + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field + 1-2 years in professional services industry + Strong organizational and project management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
