We are looking for a skilled and innovative Principal Engineer, Marketing Technology to architect, implement, and manage our customer data platform solution that drives our customer engagement and campaign orchestration strategies. This role will focus on building scalable systems for automation, personalizing customer journeys, and integrating marketing platforms to enable seamless multi-channel orchestration. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing technologies, automation and orchestration solution for QSR/retail, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for solving complex problems that bridge marketing and engineering. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in marketing technology and customer data architecture, along with strong cross-functional leadership skills. This person will partner closely with Customer Experience, Product, Data, Analytics, Privacy, and Digital teams to ensure our CDP capabilities support business growth, audience activation, orchestration, measurement, and continuous optimization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Technologies, the Principal Engineer Marketing Technology will wield a blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight to merge disparate marketing and loyalty technologies into a cohesive, efficient, and effective ecosystem. This ecosystem will serve as the digital backbone of our Marketing operations, supporting brand strategies across our diverse portfolio and ensuring that technology investments are aligned with business objectives.
