Responsibilities Execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across various sectors. Conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized service. Lead outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to refine strategies and improve overall performance. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and conduct technical sales presentations. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and develop actionable insights. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, for creating reports, presentations, and proposals. Experience in outside sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical product markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
