Today, Edible Brands powers three bold and growing concepts across 600+ locations worldwide—each designed to spark joy, fuel wellness, and build lasting connections. Though diverse, our brands are bound by a shared purpose to celebrate life and health. Our portfolio includes Edible Arrangements®, the iconic gifting brand, and Rōti®, a Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual restaurant. Together, these brands are fueled by The Edible Way — a set of employee-driven values that keep us committed, collaborative, adaptable, results-driven, and always ready to celebrate.
The Big Picture :
The Senior Marketing & Campaign Specialist is a key member of Edible Brands' Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team — a high-impact team responsible for bringing brand strategy to life across every customer touchpoint for both Edible Arrangements and Rōti, ensuring each brand shows up with the right message, in the right channel, at the right time. In this role, you are the execution backbone of the go-to-market process across Edible Arrangements and Rōti—the person who keeps campaigns moving from brief to launch. You connect the dots between what Brand sets in motion and what actually shows up in front of customers: managing agency creative rounds, supporting influencer activations, and synthesizing post-campaign learnings that shape what we do next. Beyond campaign execution, this role owns in-store marketing coordination for Edible Arrangements, responsible for how the brand looks, feels, and sells inside every franchise location. You shape the creative and ensure our franchisees have what they need to win locally, from in-store merchandising to local marketing materials. The Senior Marketing & Campaign Specialist reports to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing, and partners daily with IMC team, Brand Managers, channel teams (paid media, social, email, e-commerce), and agency partners (creative and influencer) across both brands. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on owning the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. At Edible Brands, you'll be in the room from day one—collaborating across functions, watching your work launch, and having a real say in what we do next. If you're motivated by high-visibility work and wired to get things done, you'll thrive here. Location :
