We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to help expand our brand presence and generate new business opportunities. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support company growth. This role combines digital marketing, social media management, community outreach, and content creation. Responsibilities Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Create engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional materials Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns Monitor and manage online reviews and company reputation Update and maintain company website content Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups Track marketing performance and provide monthly reports Assist with community events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities Generate and nurture leads through online and offline marketing efforts Collaborate with management to develop branding and advertising strategies Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Photography, videography, or content creation experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement Professional development and training Flexible work environment Company-provided marketing resources and tools Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional evenings or weekends for events and promotions Why Join J&J Remodeling of Georgia?
