Salary Range:
$75,000
  • Unlimited Earning Potential Benefits $5,000 Signing Bonus $6,000 Branding Bonus Monthly New Business Bonuses Annual Bonuses Lead Support Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Trips, Awards, National Recognition Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (resources provided).
Stable, successful work history (sales, business development, or leadership experience preferred). Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to pass a background, credit, and motor vehicle check. Responsibilities As a Managing Agnent, you will: Prospect, sell, and service insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more). Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow your business. Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor. Recruit, train, and lead agency staff as your business expands. Represent Farmers Insurance in your community through networking and involvement.
