Position Overview We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Field Marketing team. In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team in neighborhoods recently impacted by storms Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach Introduce our free drone inspection service Schedule appointments for our Client Success Managers What We Offer Fulltime, W2 position w/company sponsored health insurance 2-week Paid training $100 per set quality appointment 100% Commission, plus additional incentives 2 weeks paid vacation, plus accrued PTO Career growth opportunities Supportive, team-first culture with regular team-building events What We're Looking For Outgoing personality and strong communication skills Comfortable with door-to-door outreach Willing to work evenings and weekends when required Team-oriented and eager to learn Clean background check and pre-employment drug screen
