You'll collaborate with marketers and technical teams to deliver polished, on-brand content that helps grow our business. What You'll Do Coordinate proposals/RFQs, qualifications packages, and interview presentations Manage schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements to ensure on-time delivery Create and update marketing collateral (project sheets, brochures, resumes, presentations) Develop content for digital channels (website, social media, email, announcements) Support events, sponsorships, and recruiting/community activities Maintain marketing files, templates, contact lists/CRM, and basic performance metrics What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-3+ years of marketing experience (professional services a plus) Strong writing/editing skills and high attention to detail Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with technical teams Preferred AEC/professional services marketing experience Proposal/RFP response coordination Event/tradeshow coordination and/or CMS/email marketing tools Why You'll Love Working Here Work on meaningful projects that shape communities, with opportunities to grow your skills, take creative ownership, and collaborate with a supportive team.
