Job Description
CBH Homes' Marketing Team is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build and optimize emails and email campaigns that guide customers from their first interaction through purchasing a home. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing high-performing emails and campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automated nurture programs using Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). If you love combining strategy, data, and creativity to improve engagement and conversion across the customer lifecycle, this role could be for you. You'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with prospective home buyers to add value, while continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance. What You'll Do Build and manage automated lifecycle email campaigns including nurture and engagement workflows Develop and maintain segmented lists in Salesforce Account Engagement based on lifecycle stage, behavior, engagement history, and buyer attributes Write compelling email copy aligned to buyer intent and lifecycle stage Create and design email templates, ensuring brand consistency and mobile optimization Create, schedule, and optimize email campaigns and automation flows in Salesforce Account Engagement Build and deploy dynamic content blocks using personalization rules to tailor messaging by audience segment Execute drip campaigns, maintain CRM data hygiene, email templates, and campaign flows to ensure proper tracking and list integrity Collaborate with Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to align messaging across SMS, paid media, other content, and digital channels Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, messaging, timing, and segmentation Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion Manage reporting, iteration, and ongoing lifecycle email strategy, incorporating AI processes and tools where appropriate About CBH Homes CBH Homes has been building dreams for Idahoans since 1992. Requirements What You Bring 2-5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation Hands-on experience building campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Proven ability to build and manage segmented lists and audience rules Experience implementing dynamic content and personalization Strong email copy writing skills with messaging tailored to buyer journey stages Experience building and editing email templates within marketing automation platforms Experience creating automated drip campaigns and nurture programs Strong understanding of CRM systems and lifecycle marketing Experience with behavioral segmentation and audience targeting Deep understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting results Strong attention to detail and campaign QA discipline Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams Preferred Experience Experience working in a performance-driven marketing environment Familiarity with lead scoring models Exposure to AI-supported marketing automation or personalization tools Benefits 100% Employer - paid quality Health Care Plan that includes Medical, Dental, Vision Competitive Wages Quarterly bonus program Retirement Plans + employer match Paid Time Off Annual Growth ReviewsSimilar jobs in Meridian, ID
